Take it from me...
I started out as a shy, quiet kid with the nickname “Mouse” (thanks, Dad), growing up on a farm where my best friends were animals. I didn’t say much growing up, but I always had big dreams. The thing was, those dreams required a voice + I had to learn how to use mine.
Fast forward to today + I’ve spent over 20 years speaking for a living. From working as an on-air personality for Canada’s biggest TV networks + radio stations, to traveling the world filming documentaries, to hosting professional sports events. Additionally, I am a speaker coach for TEDx, host my own podcast + lecture at universities on impactful communication - I live + breathe the art of public speaking + building confidence!
When I’m not coaching, hosting or jabbing my jaws - you’ll find me at home with my dog, a stack of books + plenty of snacks. Because while I love a good stage moment, I’m still a homebody at heart.
