We do things a lil’ differently around here… there are no cookie cutter speeches here + you don’t have to do things in the same boring, status quo way that we’ve all seen it done a million times.
We don’t subscribe to the old outdated ideas of public speaking, that are dry + stale.
We believe that there is NO one-size-fits-all approach to public speaking + we throw out the rule book + do things our way with our own flavour!

Those who aren’t afraid to speak up, to grow, to learn, to fail, to mess up, to look silly. They charge ahead even if they are the most scared they’ve ever been. Every single day, they’re leveling up – connecting with their audiences, growing their businesses + brands + making more money + more of an impact than they ever believed possible! And most importantly, making themselves proud of the work they are doing + they’re having fun while doing it!

Mindset isn’t just something – it’s EVERYTHING! Real speakers know you gotta truly believe in your heart + soul – “Yea, I’ve got this”! The most engaging speakers are the ones who believe in their message, AND themselves + are excited to share BOTH with the crowd.

They know they are going to make mistakes + mess up from time to time, that not every speech or presentation is going to be “perfect” or “flawless” + that’s totally cool. They’re shaking off the pressure + high-fiving themselves for the courage to just go for it. Perfection? Overrated. Being real? Unbeatable.

It’s not about basking in the spotlight – it’s about shining it on their audience! They’re always asking themselves how they can uplift, educate, empower, inspire, or simply make their audience’s day brighter. They always think about making an impact for others.

They know that the best thing you can do as a speaker, is to be yourself! The most dynamic speakers aren’t the ones with the best presentation ever, the spiffiest slides or graphics, the designer outfits + perfect grammar – it’s the speaker who shares their sparkle, passion + personality. It’s about being genuine.

YOU CAN BREAK THE “RULES”
Who says you have to be super buttoned up + conservative?? Be true to yourself – even using curse words or having purple hair goes.
Who says public speaking has to be painful?? It can actually be a whole lot of fun (if you decide it can be)!
Who says you have to listen to the “pros”?? (even me!) I am never ever going to tell you who to be or tell you what you have to do. I’m just going to share my experiences, the lessons I’ve learned, + my best tips + advice to support you to find what feels best to you + what works best for you!
